Tens of thousands have been donated to military members around the world, including the war zones. Dave Roever, a superb communicator, does professional development, military values training and motivation/inspirational presentations world-wide, donning battle-rattle when necessary. His effective, tri-angular model of faith, family and friends hits the target. Troops are sharply readied for service, motivated to give their best, and even inspired to re-enlist. He takes encouragement to the troops wherever they are. Troops are amazed when a fellow soldier who has engaged like forces, suffered for his country and triumphed over his near-fatal injury, shows up on site at their post or forward operating base in the war zones.

Air Force: Academies such as the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado; and the Defense Language Institute, San Antonio, Texas. Air Intelligence Agency, San Antonio, Texas. Bases such as Langley AFB, Good Fellow AFB, Elmendorf AFB, Minot AFB, Ellsworth AFB; Randolph AFB and Lackland AFB. On other continents: Lakenheath Air Base, England. Motivational and pre-holiday tours in the U.S., Pacific Forces in Japan, Korea, Okinawa, and in the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, UAE, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Navy: The U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland; Naval Amphibious Base on Coronado Island near San Diego, where he had trained some 30 years earlier, to Special Boat Teams (similar to the PBR unit with which he had served in Vietnam); Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, South Carolina; Naval Medical Center, San Diego.
